Job Role 1: IT Pre-Sales Engineer for BE/MTech/BCA/MCA freshers.

Responsibilities

• Meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated to provide the best possible solution.

• Research into the industry - learning new technologies and understanding current trends in the IT industry.

• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

• Conducting POC/POV of the proposed Solution Customer.

• Helping the sales team to reach targets.

• Be able to demonstrate familiarity with resilient solution design for networks and hosting and discuss security implications.

• The candidate will be required to coordinate between Delivery and Pre-Sale.

• The candidate will be required to answer queries related to Product with Sales and other constituents.

• Design and champion complex solutions for customer understanding.

• Ensuring product configuration in line with customer requirement, Show case the demo of the products.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge in Servers, Storage, Networking, Windows/Linux OS.

• Key knowledge in data center and cloud computing.

• Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly.

• Negotiation and convincing skills.

• Excellent relationship-building skills.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

Job Role 2: Inside sales representative / Business development representative for freshers

Role Responsibilities:

· Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.

· Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

· Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.

· Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.

· Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.

· Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in events to generate leads and opportunities.

· Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

· Answering any technical questions, the client might have.

· Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.

· Work with pre sales teams to achieve sales target.

Candidate Profile:

· Knowledge in Cloud OR Servers OR Storage OR Networking OR Cybersecurity OR other IT products and services.

· Good listening skills and convincing skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target.

· Selling skills, a keen interest in IT issues, Initiative, Presentation skills.

· Excellent communication skills.
